The free trial
Monthly and Yearly start with 3 days free for new subscribers. Cancel before the 3 days end and you're never charged. If you don't cancel, you're billed for the first period when the trial ends.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Periods already started aren't refunded, since the trial is there to decide first.
Founders (lifetime)
Founders is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as the license key has never been activated in the app. Once a key is activated, the purchase is final.
Something went wrong
Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Email support@areyouesoteric.cc from the address you paid with, and we'll put it right.
How to ask
Email support@areyouesoteric.cc with your license key. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 days to show them.
